Journey Work - What To Expect |

Journey work is similar to a guided meditation and can be done whilst sitting comfortably in a chair. The practitioner guides the client down through various levels of emotion to the source of a given problem (the client's presenting complaint). At each level the client is invited to fully feel the emotion they pass through. Often just by feeling a particular emotion, as opposed to habitually pushing it away or ignoring it, the client can experience a release from the issue with which they came. Clients can often reach a point of deep connection with themselves and it is from this place that true forgiveness, related to the circumstances of the issue, can take place. By allowing themselves to fully feel their emotions and find forgiveness within, clients can then move forward into health.
